Nearly Complete
Today I officially finished setting up my room! It took over a week from 8-4. The only thing it is missing are my new little darlings. I hope they loved it as much as I do. I officially begin on July 27th. It seems to be too soon but I have to remember that I get a fall break and another mini break in February. Here is the reveal!

Classroom Progress
Well all last week I was in my classroom. I met more team mates and they are amazing! My daughter also met a couple new friends and is just as excited as I am now.
Here are some photos of the little progress that has happened. But before I begin it has taken 10 loads to get most of my stuff in my room. All I have left are my library books.
These was when it was bare and in"jessitized".
Please excuse any tidbits on desks and tables while in the process of setting up.
Empty bulletin boards, but will be filled soon with writing, math, and reading goodies.
A little cabinet with Non-fiction text features and our book bins.
Thanks for visiting and the completed pics are soon to follow.

A New Beginning
Well, I'm almost back! For those of you who haven't heard, I'm in a new school and a new grade level! There are no words to express how thrilled I am at this new beginning. I will be teaching first grade!
I am sad to say goodbye to the fabulous ladies I taught with. There are no words to express how much I'll miss them.
On another note, throughout the entire process that I have gone through, with the new hire, I have met the most caring and happy people. It is amazing how people treat you when they are happy with where they work. That was also including the county people.
I went to my new school/room yesterday for the first time. Here are a couple of pics.
The coat rack at my door entrance.
My closet and BATHROOMS! Sometimes it is the small things in a teachers life that get us excited!
I have A LOT of work ahead of me but the thrill and excitement that lays ahead trump it all out.
I'm also hoping that I stay on top of my blog this year.
