The students began our day by listening to our last read aloud, "Last Day Blues" by Julie Danneberg. They also had a corresponding book study packet that correlates with it. Then we began our 2nd grade memory book. After that was lunch then a dance party. Finally, what always makes us feel better? ICE CREAM!!!!
We gave our "graduating" 5th graders a clap out. I hugged my little brainiacs goodbye and waved them a "see you next year".
